There’s something for everyone, from setting new goals, to meeting an Olympian, trying Netball to being the star of your own story! Join us this January every Wednesday at 3pm for exciting experiences for all!


New Year Healthy Living Workshop

Kick off 2024 with the support to achieve your goals this year and live healthier! Featuring Ronnie the Rhino, this relaxed experience teaches simple tips on how to set achievable goals and get active too!
