All new What To Do!

Introducing a new ‘What To Do’

What To Do is an award-winning online inclusive activities website, which aims to provide extraordinary experiences for people who access care and support.

It is co-produced with people supported by Community Integrated Care, to create sessions that are meaningful, high quality and speak to the interests and aspirations of our audience.

A new look What To Do launches on Wednesday 21st June, with a fresh schedule providing an extraordinary experience every week throughout the Summer!

How Do I Join A Session?

Each session is delivered via Zoom, which you can find on our ‘Experiences’ home page. To join a session when the event is about to start, you simply click more details on the event, and either click the buttons for ‘Add to my calendar’, or ‘Join via zoom’.

You’ll find yourself in a waiting room – and as soon as we are ready to start, you’ll be added into the event, so get ready for an amazing experience!

Watch this video for a taste of what’s on offer. Whether you’re a sports lover, music mad, wild about nature or curious about new hobbies, there’s something for everyone in the all new What To Do!

Volunteer with What To Do – Join the DO’ERS!

We are looking for people who access care and support – and their support teams – to help shape, influence and make decisions on what What To Do is …and can be! This is an inclusive volunteering opportunity for anyone who wants to get involved in an exciting, creative project, make friends, have fun and be rewarded with brilliant experiences!

Volunteering roles will be shaped around those who register an interest – this is an equal opportunity where everyone can make a difference!

If you register interest on behalf of a person you support, our What To Do team will be in touch, to tell you more about becoming a DO’ER.

What To Expect!

Our sessions are specially designed for people with a range of abilities and interests, so they are adaptable to suit any person in any setting. Whilst many events are low intensity, every individual participates at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the individual / their support to assess the suitability of the session.

This site is particularly suited to family carers and support workers. We hope that you find it to be a helpful and exciting resource.

Who We Are

This programme has been developed by Community Integrated Care, one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We are proud to be recognised for our impact and innovation with projects like this, including being named as the “Charity of the Year” at the Charity Times Awards.

We work in the community, delivering life-enhancing support to people with a diverse range of care needs including Learning Disabilities, Mental Health concerns, Autism, Age-Related needs, and Dementia. Please visit the ‘Find Support’ page if you would like to know more information on accessing the support of our charity.

Our vision is to enable people to lead the Best Life Possible. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to learn, discover new skills, have fun, and connect with others. This is at the heart of “What To Do!”
