Pop Dancing with Synergy Dance!

Wednesday 11th March at 1pm

If you love dancing and pop music, this one’s for you! Synergy Dance return to coach you through a fantastic, accessible pop routine.

The ‘What to Do’ team will make dance easy and lots of fun – teaching simple, feel-good moves to amazing pop hits. Whether you’re dancing from a chair or on your feet, you’ll feel like a pop star.

St Patrick’s Day Irish Dancing

Wednesday 18th March at 6pm

Join us for accessible Irish Dancing as we celebrate St Patrick’s Day! You’ll be supported by coach Rebecca to learn the steps to this fun dance  and get moving to traditional Irish music. This can be enjoyed stood up or seated.

So, grab your water bottle and bring some friends for this Irish celebration, that will inspire you to get active, have fun and learn something new!

Move Your Way with Ella Archer

Wednesday 25th March at 2pm

Enjoy truly accessible exercise with the support of our amazing coach, Ella. Ella draws on her lived experience of disability and being an athlete to make exercise accessible and fun for everyone. She’ll inspire you to enjoy simple, adaptable movements that help you feel healthier and happier.

Every movement can be enjoyed at home seated, in a wheelchair, or standing. No equipment needed. Expect to feel great and inspired in this brilliant experience.
