Dance experts Synergy will take you through the Babydoll dance routine step-by-step, in a fun, friendly and accessible session. They’ll help adapt the routine to suit you, whether you’re standing or seated.
The Hits is our accessible dance club, where we learn simple routines to the biggest pop songs of the moment. By the end of the session, you’ll know the moves and be ready to practice them at home, show them off with friends, or bring them to the dance floor.

What To Expect
- The Hits is a fun, friendly accessible dance session led by brilliant dance coaches who are specialists in supporting or people who have learning or physical disabilities.
- They will teach the routine step by step, so it is easy to follow.
- Every move can be adapted to suit you, whether you are standing or seated.
- No dance experience is needed. You can join in at your own pace.
- People who join regularly can build confidence, learn new skills and enjoy dancing with others.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and have a glass of water ready for breaks.
- We record sessions to celebrate them on social media. If you don’t want to be included, simply turn off your camera.
