Ella draws on her lived experience of disability and is an expert at making exercise, accessible and fun for everyone. She’ll inspire you to enjoy simple, adaptable movements that help you feel healthier and happier.  

Every movement can be enjoyed at home seated, in a wheelchair, or standing. No equipment needed. Prepare to feel energised after this amazing experience!
