In partnership with the RFL and Leeds Rhinos, our charity has released a fantastic Active At Home – Activity Toolkit! 

This handy guide contains strengthening, cardio and stretching exercises that can be completed using minimal equipment and a chair. Each exercise offers simple and fun ways to promote keeping fit and active at home, whilst supporting with health and mobility. For every move, there is also an adaption that can help to simplify or adjust to make the exercise easier.

Disclaimer: It is vital that anybody who follows the guidance in this document proceeds carefully and makes sure a warm-up is your first port of call before performing any exercises. Please also clear your surroundings, perform exercises in a safe environment and know your limits.
