Stretch out, breathe in deep and relieve your stress with our wonderful and soothing free Yoga class!

This Monday 15th November marks the first of our charity’s NEW weekly Beginners Yoga Class, hosted by Yoga Instructor Alishia from the Leeds Rhinos Foundation on our online activity hub, What To Do!

This weekly class will take place every Monday at 5:30pm till 6:30pm via our charity’s inclusive and accessible activity website – www.What-To-Do.co.uk

Alishia will deliver an easy and accessible introduction to Yoga that is perfect for people who access care and support, who are looking to find mindfulness and chill out, while getting your daily exercise!

This online, live class has been specially adapted for people who access care and support, and is open to anyone to join via the Zoom link at www.What-To-Do.co.uk
